Healthy alternative for over washing and shampooing in general in my opinion

Itchy Scalp

I'm not feeling this product. I noticed my scalp becomes itchy with the use of this product. At first I thought it was me. I washed my hair and used my other products and the itching ceased. I don't believe this is a bad product but I do believe it's not for me. Maybe there are some ingredients in this product my body is having a reaction to. I'm not sure. I just know this product makes my scalp itch.
